Osaka's Best Night View Abeno-Harukas 300 Observation Deck and Tips
"Abeno Harukas Building", which I learned while visiting Osaka,It's the third tallest building in Japan.There's an observatory on the 60th floor. In general, Osaka is a popular place to look at the night view, which can be used as a fuel pass.There are many different views. All the photos below are taken with iPhone6s.
